SAN DIEGO, CA. | FEBRUARY 1, 2013 – CityFront Terrace “downtown’s distinctive condominium address”, completed a fitness center renovation with new CYBEX exercise equipment from The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment (TDM). The rooms serve the needs of 320 deluxe residences within two mid-rise towers and the historic Citrus Soap Factory.
The 3,500-square-foot facility offers the residents men’s and women’s locker rooms with shower and sauna and a variety of exercise options; cardio, strength training circuit, free weights, ab/stretching and a group exercise classroom. TDM provided the equipment and supports the management with a service and preventive maintenance program.

Additional areas include a climbing wall, two group class rooms and a roof top synthetic track and soccer field. The main floor also provides and “Inclusive Fitness” opportunity with the Cybex Total Access equipment and Marpo Rope trainers. The Athletic Performance Center features line up of the Cybex, half racks, Arcs and Bravo functional trainers.
The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) provided the design consultation, layouts and supplied all the equipment for both facilities.
