SAN DIEGO, CA. | FEBRUARY 1, 2013 – CityFront Terrace “downtown’s distinctive condominium address”, completed a fitness center renovation with new CYBEX exercise equipment from The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment (TDM). The rooms serve the needs of 320 deluxe residences within two mid-rise towers and the historic Citrus Soap Factory.

The 3,500-square-foot facility offers the residents men’s and women’s locker rooms with shower and sauna and a variety of exercise options; cardio, strength training circuit, free weights, ab/stretching and a group exercise classroom. TDM provided the equipment and supports the management with a service and preventive maintenance program.
