The rooms serve the needs of 320 deluxe residences within two mid-rise towers and the historic Citrus Soap Factory.

The 3,500-square-foot facility offers the residents men’s and women’s locker rooms with shower and sauna and a variety of exercise options; cardio, strength training circuit, free weights, ab/stretching and a group exercise classroom. TDM provided the equipment and supports the management with a service and preventive maintenance program.

Torrance Unified School District Fitness Centers

Image_015Torrance, CA, February 1, 2008 – The Torrance unified School District (TuSD) recently installed fitness centers at all five high schools. The District received funding for the fitness center equipment from a Federal PEP grant.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment (TDM) was contracted to design and supply equipment for each of the five high school
fitness centers. additionally, TDM is currently working with the District to develop fitness centers and programs for the middle schools.
