MARINA DEL REY, CA. | JUNE 24, 2015 – Kennedy Wilson has finished a “make over” at the Esprit luxury apartments which embrace the essence of waterfront living in Marina Del Rey. In addition to upgrades in the residences and lobby areas, the resort style complex now offers expanded Wi-Fi, free bike rentals and a saltwater lap pool.

The newly renovated fitness center has expanded with a private studio for virtual yoga and spinning classes from WELLBEATS®.  The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with developers on the layout and upgraded all new cardio machines featuring a rope climber and rower, spin bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, bikes and cross trainers from CYBEX® with E3 HDTV screens.

LOS ANGELES, CA. | March 6, 2015 – Beit T’Shuvah or the House of Return has been guiding individuals and families towards a path of living well. The faith-based model, founded on authenticity and wholeness 30 years ago integrates spirituality, psychotherapy, Jewish teachings, the 12 Steps and creative arts. The LA facility recently added an on-site fitness center as part “path to living well.”

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) consulted with Mind Body Program Director, Baila Drucker to create a room that allows for “physical healing through exercise.”  TDM supplied Cybex® cardio machines and Hoist Fitness® strength and free weight equipment to accommodate space and usage.

Beit T’Shuvah offers 145 beds to adults struggling with various addictions and behaviors, ranging from substance abuse to compulsive gambling.

one santa fe #2LOS ANGELES, CA. | FEBRUARY 23, 2015 – One Santa Fe has now opened as an arts/residential/retail mega-complex. The “highly-amenitized” development, by local “starchitect” Michael Maltzan, features a “zero-edge salt-water pool” with custom cabanas, a rooftop garden outdoor theater, three whirlpool spas, fitness center and a private studio for virtual yoga and spinning classes from WELLBEATS®.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with developers on the design of the unique circular fitness area overlooking the pool.  TDM supplied all the new exercise equipment for the fitness center and studio.  The space features custom designed Cybex VR1® strength, Cybex E3 HDTV cardio and Cybex free weight equipment.

Wynn Resorts recently added to the collection with upgrades to the on-site fitness center at the 600 room Wynn Macau. The Forbes Five Star luxury resort opened in 2006 with “unsurpassed attention to detail and sophistication.” The room is located in proximity to the Five Star Spa at Wynn and was designed by Wynn Design and Development (WDD).  WDD worked exclusively with The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) to create a fitness offering where “art meets exercise.” Guests can be inspired, entertained and engaged with the new line of Cybex cardio machines with E3 HDTV.  The fitness center has a health club quality line of custom designed Cybex Eagle NX® strength and Iron Grip® free weight equipment.

A Cybex Bravo was added to offer additional training options and create extra space for cross fitness style exercises with popular new additions from TRX®, Dynamax and Ocean Yoga. WDD has worked exclusively with the design team from TDM on Wynn Macau, Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas.

LA QUINTA, CA. | DECEMBER 15, 2014 – Griffin Ranch was initially conceived by entertainment and media icon Merv Griffin. Griffin, one of the first to recognize the desert’s promising future, purchased a large tract of rural land over 30 years ago, before the City of La Quinta was incorporated, to be the home of his Moroccan-styled estate.
