The gym also features and area for abs, stretching, TRX® performance training.

PR #1SAN JOSE, CA. | FEBRUARY 15, 2018 – DivcoWest & Rockpoint have partnered to reimagine the “Class A” office space in San Jose that is “built for tenant success.”  The eighteen story building has over 350,000 square feet of space and a new on site fitness center.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with Ownership and the Design Team to create the first floor fitness amenity.  TDM supplied Cybex VR1® strength, Cybex E3 HDTV cardio and Cybex free weight equipment.  Additional cross fitness style training accessories include TRX®, plyo boxes medicine balls and floor mats.

The Boardwalk

IRVINE CA. | FEBRUARY 1, 2018 – The Boardwalk, a new Class A office campus has opened.  The 7.5 acre project includes; two nine-story towers totaling approximately 545,000 square feet of premier office space, 5,000 square feet of restaurant-focused retail and two acres of landscaped open space.

The Boardwalk’s best-in-class design features include an on-site fitness center for the tenants.  The space was designed by Gensler working exclusively with The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM).   The fitness experience is offered in a colorful engaging space, maintaining an effective and safe workout.

A variety of cardio machines, custom designed Cybex Eagle® strength machines and Iron Grip® free weight equipment help create a five star gym on the lobby floor.  The new space features a group studio for yoga; indoor cycling and cross fit exercises with a virtual training program.   TDM has collaborated with on site management CBRE for program training, service, and maintenance schedules.

LADERA RANCH, CA. | JANUARY 2, 2018 –Shredz Gym has opened with “a clean, cutting-edge gym facility with a casual and positive environment for fitness enthusiasts of all levels in South Orange County.”

The 10,000 square foot facility will provide a safe and efficient exercise experience in a “fun and casual atmosphere.” Ownership worked with The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) on the design space and equipment selection.

The new gym includes Cybex® cardio, Hoist ® strength and free weight equipment. The novice or experienced enthusiast can train with the certified staff on TRX®, StairMaster® and Marpo Rope® equipment.  An open floor format leaves plenty of space for the high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes.

IRVINE, CA. | January 1, 2018 – Broadcom Corporation, a FORTUNE 500® company has opened its brand-new campus at Irvine’s Great Park. The global semiconductor leader creates solutions for wired and wireless communications.

The company provides employee fitness and wellness programs at each of their locations. Irvine also includes sports courts, full-service kitchen and cafeteria, and two bridges, one of which is an all-hands gathering area for two thousand employees.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with key staff in developing a design for the fitness space, equipment selection and move in. The new facility offers separate cardio, strength and group exercise options.

TDM has now completed 5 fitness center facilities for the Irvine California based company and provides 5 Star Preventive Maintenance Service at the facility.
