1724 Apartments

HOLLYWOOD, CA. | JUNE 10, 2018 – Redwood Urban has completed a “make over” at the renamed 1724 Highland apartments in Hollywood.  The complex comprises 270 luxury apartments and 8,850 square feet of retail and restaurant space.  It has a resort-style pool area, a club house and a brand new fitness center.

The newly renovated exercise space was completely reimagined.  The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with developers on the layout and upgraded to all new “best in class” equipment  featuring;  TRUE® treadmills, Peloton® spin bikes, TRX® body weight accessories,  and strength training machines from CYBEX®.

Pasadena Police

PASADENA, CA. | MAY 20, 2018 – The Pasadena Police Department was founded in 1886. The department employs nearly 300 sworn officers and civilian employees. The headquarters recently opened a new employee fitness center for the staff.

WALNUT CREEK, CA. | MAY 1, 2018 – DivcoWest has upgraded this “Class A” office space in Walnut Creek, a “Premier BART Office Space for Lease.”  The 10-story story building has over 203,000 square feet of space and a new on site fitness center as part of the “Tenant Touchdown Center.”

Park MGM

LAS VEGAS, NV. | APRIL 1, 2018 – Park MGM is a new resort from MGM Resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.  MGM Resorts is pumping nearly half a billion dollars into the makeover of the rebranded Monte Carlo.  The 2,600 guest rooms will have a completely new look and feel.

While the new Park MGM has yet to officially open, the new fitness center has with “first class” equipment and accessories.  Located on the 2nd floor, the exercise facility allows guests numerous upgrades.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with MGM Design on the space adjacent to the new spa and supplied equipment for the fitness center and studio.  The hotel gym now offers a “health club” workout with a HOIST Roc-IT® strength circuit and Cybex E3 HDTV cardio machines.

Adjacent is a private studio for abs, stretching, TRX® cross training.  It features virtual yoga and spinning classes from WELLBEATS®.
