The Integral Group of Atlanta developed the 129-unit rental project at 360 Berry St. and worked with The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) on the design of the creative fitness space. TDM supplied all the new exercise equipment for the fitness center featuring custom designed Cybex VR1® strength, Cybex E3 HDTV cardio and Cybex free weight equipment.

The private space also includes spin bikes and cross fitness style training accessories; TRX®, plyo boxes medicine balls and floor mats.

Just four blocks from the Pacific Ocean shore, Le Méridien Delfina offers the business or leisure traveler access to Los Angeles and beach-front attractions.

The Cove at Oyster Point

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA | OCTOBER 15, 2016 – HCP, the largest owner of life science real estate on the West Coast recently opened The Cove at Oyster Point, a  1,025,000 square foot location designed as a multi-tenant campus for the life science and technology industries.  The project includes over 6 acres of central green space with sports courts, bocce ball, and amphitheater; access to BCDC trails; amenities center with fitness, food service, and recreation areas.

The first phase included the new on-site fitness center for employees deigned by SF Jones Architects.  The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with the design team and Project Management Advisors on the space and equipment selection.  TDM supplied the new equipment and will provide maintenance service.

The new center includes Cybex® 525 cardio with E3 HDTV, VR1 strength and Hoist® free weight equipment. Employees may also use the new studio for group “cross training”, zumba and spin classes with Wellbeats® virtual training programs.

DOWNEY, CA | OCTOBER 12, 2016 – Rancho Los Amigos is recognized as an international leader in rehabilitation medicine and clinical research, and since 1989, the hospital has been consistently ranked as one of “America’s Best Hospitals” in Rehabilitation. The hospital opened the new Wellness & Aquatic Therapy Center part of the $418 million renovation and campus beautification project.

Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center have been on a mission to restore health, rebuild life, and revitalize hope for persons with a life-changing illness, injury, or disability for more than 125 years. Rancho Los Amigos specializes in the care and research of spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, orthopedic disabilities, strokes, and neurological, physical, and developmental disorders.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) supplied Cybex Total Access®, a line of commercial fitness equipment accessible to the physically disabled. Additionally, SCIFIT cardio machines and Cybex free weights were supplied for the 10,000 square foot facility. TDM is proud to distribute  products like Cybex and SCIFT which assist physical therapists, cardiac rehabilitation specialists, senior activity coordinators, hospital wellness directors, PE teachers, and adaptive exercise instructors.

TDM has supported organizations and programs that enhance the lives individuals with physical challenges like USC Swim with Mike Event, NextStep Fitness and the Orange County Goodwill Fitness Center.
