The 89 units are located on the upper segment of iconic State Street, reinventing land that was formerly home to ranches and citrus farms. The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with developers on the design of the boutique style fitness space. TDM supplied all the new exercise equipment for the fitness center featuring custom designed Cybex VR1® strength, Cybex E3 HDTV cardio and Cybex free weight equipment.

The private space also includes cross fitness style training accessories include TRX®, plyo boxes medicine balls and floor mats.
