Rockpoint engaged The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment to design and to install a state-of-the-art fitness facility, to couple with the building’s high-end conference and lounge centers; a Hollywood-caliber screening room; and new outdoor lounge and recreation areas with public art installations.
The Dumbell Man’s design included a dedicated boxing area, featuring top-of-the-line Balazs® Boxing equipment, and a Group Training Room with world-class commercial TRX® functional training equipment and accessories. Additionally, the separate strength training room features the exclusive Cybex Eagle Strength Training Equipment line, Hammer Strength racks and rigs, UMAX Premium Urethane Dumbbells and plates, and the high-intensity Torque Fitness TANK™ resistance sled. The Cardio Training room features premium WOODWAY 4FRONT Slat Belt treadmills, with patented Slat Belt running surfaces, True Palisade Climbers, True Spectrum Ellipticals, True Recumbent and Upright Cycles, and a WaterRower M1 HiRise Rower.
