The Beach Cities Health District Center for Health & Fitness

REDONDO BEACH, CA. | FEBRUARY 10, 2014 – The Beach Cities Health District Center for Health & Fitness (CHF) recently upgraded their entire cardiovascular training area.  The facility serves residents from Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo Beach with “the most comprehensive fitness center in the South Bay” offering cardio and strength training, yoga, Pilates, weight management and a staff dietitian.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with management and the fitness staff in the development of a long term plan for new flooring, equipment upgrades and programing to specifically serve the needs of an expanding membership. The facility offers residents a variety of new cardio options including the Cybex Arc Trainer, SCIFIT Recumbent Stepper and Concept II Rower. TDM also installed new PAVI flooring and handled the entire equipment move overnight.

Cindy Foster, CHF General Manager stated, “Baby Boomers make up the majority of our membership because of the unique offerings at CHF. The response to the new machines has been 99% positive and THAT says a lot!”
