What We’re Doing

We’re focused on keeping our customers and employees safe.

  • We’re continually educating our staff on best practices, such as proper hygiene and social distancing.
  • Employees who feel ill have been instructed not to report to work.
  • Where our installation and service work can be performed without customer contact we will do so.
  • We’re continuing to promote and encourage self-insolation and utilization of remote work options.
  • We will be providing the necessary personal protective equipment and cleaning solutions to the field service teams.
  • Our delivery teams will clean delivery trucks after each use.
  • Masks are worn on all calls and deliveries.
  • We proactively use gloves when making all deliveries.
  • TDM cleans all tablets, phones, and tools with EPA registered cleaning products.
  • TDM performs enhanced cleaning of our distribution centers in high traffic areas.
  • Employees maintain a minimum of 6’ distance from customers.

How You Can Help

While we’ve implemented a variety of measures to promote the safety and health of our communities, we need your help.

  • If you’re experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, or have been in close contact with a person who has, and have a scheduled appointment, please let us know immediately so that we can discuss options with you to promote our collective well-being.
  • We educate our technicians who conduct in-home customer visits on proper hygiene and social distancing and instruct employees who feel ill not to come to work. We ask that our customers only allow technicians in their home if you and your household members are healthy and have had no known exposure.
  • Before the technician enters your home, he or she will ask to confirm:
    • That everyone in your home is healthy.
    • That there are no self-quarantine restrictions for anyone in your home.
