Sky# #2The Las Vegas based developer Molasky Group of Companies, recently opened SKY3.  The “finest in apartment living in the most culturally dynamic district in Portland.”  Found in the heart of Portland’s Cultural District, SKY3 is the first of several projects the company has planned.

SPARKS, NV. | JUNE 5, 2017 – The Nugget Casino Resort, one of the largest resorts in Reno area and always a top rated pick.  Things are looking even better after a multi-million dollar renovation. The casino hotel opened back in 1955 and was purchased in 2016 by Marnell Gaming.

A renovation of 800 hotel rooms, the casino, convention area, restaurants and showroom was started last year. The brand new 2700 square foot fitness center overlooking the Sierra Nevada Mountains is now open for “business.”

The fitness center has five star features from the CYBEX® brand; free weights, treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, and strength circuit.  Additional “cross fit” style accessories include kettle bells, medicine balls SPARC trainer, rowers, spin bikes and a TRX® system.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) supplied all the equipment and worked with developers on the design and layout prior to install.

Using training methods that are strategic and calculated in all aspects of physiology, Chess Fitness has garnered professional sports clients for over twenty years.  The new 1000 square foot “boutique style” facility will now serve both professional athletes and LA area locals looking for individual attention and a competitive edge.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with staff in developing a design for the space, equipment selection, and programming.  The new facility offers unique training equipment from Cybex, Technogym, Power Plate, and Rage Fitness.

“Team Dumbell Man” Supports NextStep Fitness

PASADENA, CA. April 22, 2017 – “TEAM DUMBELL MAN” partnered with friends from the Pasadena Police Department to support NextStep Fitness at the world famous Rose Bowl.  The first annual “STEPUP FOR NEXTSTEP” raised funds for NextStep which assists people living with paralysis and other physical disabilities.

“Team Dumbell Man” Super Trainer Steve Maresca, led a group warm up class before climbing the stadium steps.  The team then climbed 1372 stairs around the top of the Rose Bowl.

The event raised over $5,000 for NextStep.

California Lutheran University

THOUSAND OAKS, CA. | NOVEMBER 10, 2014 – California Lutheran University was founded in 1959 on a ranch donated by Richard Pederson, the son of Norwegian immigrants. The college opened its doors to 330 students in September 1961. The school’s Forrest Fitness Center recently upgraded their strength training equipment.

Located in the Gilbert Sports and Fitness Center on Cal Lutheran’s North Campus, the spacious 9,500 square foot Center now features a new line of CYBEX ® VR3 circuit and free weights. The multi-purpose exercise training facility serves the fitness needs for a student enrollment for 4100.

The fitness center is also the home of the strength and conditioning program for the Lady Regals and Kingsmen who participate in the University’s 20 men’s and women’s NCAA Division III sports teams
