GLENDALE, CA. |JULY 2, 2018 – New apartments are now open in Glendale called The Harrison. The Molasky Group developed the 164-unit rental project and worked with The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) on the design of the two level fitness space. TDM supplied all the new exercise equipment for the fitness center featuring custom designed Cybex Eagle® strength, Cybex E3 HDTV cardio and customer Hoist® “Motion Cage” for cross training.

The private space also includes studio with Wellbeats® virtual programing, spin bikes and cross fitness style training accessories; TRX®, medicine balls and yoga mats. The best on-site gym around!

Mission Hills Apartment Homes

CAMARILLO, CA. | MARCH 19, 2018 – Mission Hills is a unique apartment community adjacent to California State University Channel Islands.  The community boasts features liker two sparkling swimming pools, a new clubhouse fitness center and a 3.5-mile trail that’s designed for runners and walkers.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with Kennedy Wilson and E&S Ring on the design of the exercise space within the brand new clubhouse.  Residents can now enjoy a “health club” workout with HOIST Duals® strength and Cybex E3 HDTV cardio machines.

Delano

LAS VEGAS, NV. | FEBRUARY 26, 2018 – Delano Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay Resort “fuses personalized service with a high-end design concept.”  The luxury resort creates an intimate experience within the grand 43-story golden tower at Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with the Bathhouse Spa staff on the spa fitness center design and upgrades. The result is a fitness center that offers a complete line up of new cardio, free weights and “cross fit” style accessories.

The new Cybex® cardiovascular machines include the 790T treadmill series with E3 HDTV and 770 Arc cross trainers with the “glide, slide feature.” Guests may also use the lineup of popular “low tech” accessories; med balls, ropes, kettlebells, TRX®, Bosu® balls and an expanded stretch area.

Chess Fitness

Chess #2LOS ANGELES, CA. | MAY 20, 2017 – The Chess Fitness Training Center has opened in El Segundo, California to focus on performance goals for professionals, enthusiast and novices alike.  The location now serves as a home base for owner and “movement maven” Jennifer Paolucci.

Using training methods that are strategic and calculated in all aspects of physiology, Chess Fitness has garnered professional sports clients for over twenty years.  The new 1000 square foot “boutique style” facility will now serve both professional athletes and LA area locals looking for individual attention and a competitive edge.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with staff in developing a design for the space, equipment selection, and programming.  The new facility offers unique training equipment from Cybex, Technogym, Power Plate, and Rage Fitness.

“Team Dumbell Man” Supports NextStep Fitness

PASADENA, CA. April 22, 2017 – “TEAM DUMBELL MAN” partnered with friends from the Pasadena Police Department to support NextStep Fitness at the world famous Rose Bowl.  The first annual “STEPUP FOR NEXTSTEP” raised funds for NextStep which assists people living with paralysis and other physical disabilities.

“Team Dumbell Man” Super Trainer Steve Maresca, led a group warm up class before climbing the stadium steps.  The team then climbed 1372 stairs around the top of the Rose Bowl.

The event raised over $5,000 for NextStep.
