LOS ANGELES, CA. | AUGUST 15, 2018 – The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) recently opened their $30-million, 30,000-square-foot performance facility.  The space’s seamless transition between indoor (weight room, staff offices) and outdoor (the pitch, hydrotherapy tubs) areas make ample use of LA’s abundant sunshine and agreeable weather.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with team staff, Legends Management, and Gensler architects on design, supply, and installation at the team’s facility at CSULA.

The new facility includes cardio from Cybex, Keiser, and Woodway.  A compliment of Rogue strength & conditioning equipment along with a full list of American Barbell athletic training items rounded out the state of the art facility.

Park MGM

LAS VEGAS, NV. | APRIL 1, 2018 – Park MGM is a new resort from MGM Resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.  MGM Resorts is pumping nearly half a billion dollars into the makeover of the rebranded Monte Carlo.  The 2,600 guest rooms will have a completely new look and feel.

While the new Park MGM has yet to officially open, the new fitness center has with “first class” equipment and accessories.  Located on the 2nd floor, the exercise facility allows guests numerous upgrades.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with MGM Design on the space adjacent to the new spa and supplied equipment for the fitness center and studio.  The hotel gym now offers a “health club” workout with a HOIST Roc-IT® strength circuit and Cybex E3 HDTV cardio machines.

Adjacent is a private studio for abs, stretching, TRX® cross training.  It features virtual yoga and spinning classes from WELLBEATS®.

LAS VEGAS, NV. | FEBRUARY 26, 2018 – Delano Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay Resort “fuses personalized service with a high-end design concept.”  The luxury resort creates an intimate experience within the grand 43-story golden tower at Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with the Bathhouse Spa staff on the spa fitness center design and upgrades. The result is a fitness center that offers a complete line up of new cardio, free weights and “cross fit” style accessories.

The new Cybex® cardiovascular machines include the 790T treadmill series with E3 HDTV and 770 Arc cross trainers with the “glide, slide feature.” Guests may also use the lineup of popular “low tech” accessories; med balls, ropes, kettlebells, TRX®, Bosu® balls and an expanded stretch area.

SAN DIEGO, CA. | NOVEMBER 13, 2017 – The IDEA1 Loft Apartments has opened in San Diego “where Style meets Life well lived.” Residents will now have access to a 2000 square foot exercise facility designed and supplied by The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM).

TDM teamed with Lowe Enterprises and I.D.E.A. Partners to create the fitness amenity at the mixed-use development in the I.D.E.A. District.  The space includes cardio units, selectorized strength and free weight equipment,  and a one of a kind cross training area.

Residents now have a chance to “cross train” using the variety of fitness offerings including TRX® for the novice and hard core enthusiast. Cybex® cardio, Hoist® dual strength machines and free weights complement the unique and capacious space.
