SAN DIEGO, CA. | SEPTEMBER 15, 2015 – Oliver McMillan has opened EV, a five-story residential building fronting 13th Street between Market and G Streets in the East Village District of downtown San Diego. The new complex includes 208 midrise and ground-level apartments with studio, one- and two-bedroom residences, plus two ground-level retail spaces. The building has common areas for residents at the ground floor, an extensive rooftop deck and on-site fitness space.
