Ratkovich Properties adaptively reused the historic Imperial Hardware Building, built in 1900 and created the first mixed-use project including 89 apartment lofts and 7,000 square feet of ground floor retail.
The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with developers on the design of the fitness space. TDM supplied all the new exercise equipment for the fitness center featuring True Fitness cardio machines and Cybex free weight equipment.
