Our service department is simple; it does nothing but service. We have over twenty years in the commercial exercise equipment industry providing exercise equipment repair to both equipment manufacturers and end user alike.

TDM certified service technicians are trained to keep your equipment in optimum working order. We offer Free Preventive Maintenance Evaluations.

Our Preventive Maintenance Programs ensure your on-site fitness facility is an asset not a headache. Highlights of our PM Program include:

  • Employees: Service technicians are all TDM employees, not independent contractors
  • GPS: Vehicles are all tracked via GPS to save money and arrive on time
  • Records: Complete history record of maintenance and repairs are always available including purchase date and product inventory
  • Loaner Program: optional equipment to loan should repairs take an extended amount of time
  • Insurance: Liability and Auto up to $3M and worker’s compensation
  • Certified: Service technicians are factory trained and certified by the manufacturer
  • Compliance Depot: TDM is registered with The Compliance Depot

EQUIPMENT REFURB

Our Refurb Programs can help protect your exercise equipment assets. Extend the life of your equipment, improve appearance and ensure safety in your fitness center. The Dumbell Man Service Department offers:

  • Check up and wear parts upgrade
  • Calibration adjustments
  • Internal cleaning and lubrication
  • Reupholster pads, frame paint touch up or complete re-powder coating
  • Equipment moves, relocation and temporary storage

EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION

Strength equipment and free weights are heavy, cardiovascular machines are technical and make fitness center installations best left for the pros. All “Team Dumbell” installers are employees, not third party contractors. Experience makes a difference. Install features:

  • Delivery to your property
  • Set up of your equipment in specified locations
  • Calibration of equipment to manufacturers’ specifications
  • Adjustment of your fitness equipment, if necessary
  • Lubrication of moving parts for all equipment
  • Test all equipment for proper operation
